Abel Kganane （Executive Director）
He has years corporate finance experience and has been involved in sales of government assets. He worked in infrastructure projects in the rail, road transport, telecommunications, pipelines and port facilities. He qualified in financial accounting and auditing and worked in the finance world. He worked for Price WaterHouse Coopers as an auditor. He studied for finance at the Universities of The North (Limpopo) and Cape Town. He has a Management Leadership certificate from the University of Singapore.
He worked on several projects in the telecommunications sector, including

▪️The establishment of a new telecoms company in South Africa
▪️Advising and implementing the disposal of 24% shareholding in MTN Limited
▪️Handling the bidding process for Safaricom Limited in Kenya
▪️Restructuring of the port and rail company balance sheet
▪️Sale of assets including SAA
▪️Investing in a Phosphate company
▪️Investing in an oil company
▪️Managed a road freight company
▪️Sat on Boards of various companies
Abel worked for an investment holding company before moving to Angeluca Holdings. He has acquired a lot of capital raising and financial structuring experience. He is also experienced in trading in commodities and has established a network of sourcing commodities throughout the continent.
