Abel Kganane \uff08Executive Director\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

He has years corporate finance experience<\/strong> and has been involved in sales of government assets<\/strong>. He worked in infrastructure projects<\/strong> in the rail, road transport, telecommunications, pipelines and port facilities. He qualified in financial accounting and auditing and worked in the finance world<\/strong>. He worked for Price WaterHouse Coopers<\/a><\/strong> as an auditor<\/strong>.  He studied for finance at the Universities of The North (Limpopo) and Cape Town.  He has a Management Leadership certificate from the University of Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He worked on several projects in the telecommunications sector<\/strong>, including

\u25aa\ufe0fThe establishment of a new telecoms company in South Africa
\u25aa\ufe0fAdvising and implementing the disposal of 24% shareholding in MTN Limited<\/a>
\u25aa\ufe0fHandling the bidding process for Safaricom Limited in Kenya
\u25aa\ufe0fRestructuring of the port and rail company balance sheet
\u25aa\ufe0fSale of assets including SAA
\u25aa\ufe0fInvesting in a Phosphate company
\u200b\u25aa\ufe0fInvesting in an oil company
\u25aa\ufe0fManaged a road freight company
\u25aa\ufe0fSat on Boards of various companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abel worked for an investment holding company<\/strong> before moving to Angeluca Holdings.  He has acquired a lot of capital raising and financial structuring experience<\/strong>.  He is also experienced<\/strong> in trading in commodities<\/strong> and has established a network of sourcing commodities throughout the continent<\/strong>.
